The spring is situated on a meadow below notch Kalisko, approximately 80 metres away from a hiking trail. The water surfaces in a terrain crater, from a peat bed. Passing a few metres away from the spring is an unmarked trail from notch Kalisko, which will lead you to the spring.

Information:
– The spring is unaltered and not in use.
– The water from the spring creates a distinct wetland crater.
– After a few metres, the water disappears below the ground again.
– Passing in the vicinity of the spring is a red-marked hiking trail running from Černová, through Šiprúň notches, to Podsuchá.
– The spring is situated in the Great Fatra Mountain, in the protected zone of the Great Fatra National Park.
