The spring is situated next to a paved road in the Ludrovská Valley. It is located approximately 3.4 km away from signpost “Ludrová“ at the end of Ludrová, at which there is also a bus stop called “Ludrová,,otočka“. Passing by the spring is a marked hiking trail from Ludrová.

Information:
– The well consists of a hollow tree trunk in the shape of a mushroom, which is built into the slope by the road.
– The water surfaces from under the mushroom-shaped vessel, from a rocky bed.
– Next to the well, there is a plate with the information that the water is potable.
– The water can be obtained by filling in a vessel.
– Originally, the water flowed through an overflow pipe directly from the mushroom-shaped vessel.
– Currently, it flows from underneath the vessel.
– The water from the well is a right tributary of the Ludrovianka creek.
– The well is situated in the cadastral area of Liptovská Štiavnica, in the territory of the Low Tatras National Park.
– Passing by the well is a red-marked hiking trail from Ludrová, through Salatín, to Liptovská Lúžna.
