Calvaries and ways of the cross are special sacral constructions consisting of stations representing the passion story of the journey of condemned Christ and his crucifixion on Golgotha hill. They consist of a group of depictions of the individual stations of Christ in the form of pictures, statues or crosses. These constructions co-create the landscape character in a significant and impressive way. They have different aesthetic and artistic values and they are reflections of the land and the society of the territory, in which they are situated.
