The station is situated in the wooded area above the town of Liptovské Sliače, in a notch between peaks Chopec and Malý Salatín, in the cadastral territory of Liptovská Štiavnica. It is located on a tree, next to the hiking trail to Malý Salatín. It is located approximately 6.7 km away from bus stop “Lipt.Sliače,Vyšný Sliač,u Cabana”.

– The station consists of a small log with a carved out opening in the shape of a cross.
– Fitted to the log is a small wooden roof.
– Placed inside the cross-shaped opening is a statue of a saint.
– The station is east-oriented.
– Passing by the station is a blue-marked hiking trail running from Liptovské Sliače to Malý Salatín.
– The station is situated at the border of the Low Tatras National Park and also at the border of the National Nature Reserve of Salatín.
