It was built in the 17th century. After the end of World War II, it was confiscated from the original owners and after that, it served as offices and a warehouse for the farmer’s cooperative society, and it also housed a nursery school. In the 80’s, the building was renovated to serve the Liptov Museum in Ružomberok, in particular, to create an exhibition about the History of Hunting in Liptov.
