The cross is situated in a wooded area, by a creek, at the beginning of the Ludrovská Valley. The cross is located at the border of the cadastral territories of Ružomberok and Liptovská Štiavnica, on a small meadow below a wooded area. It is located approximately 800 metres away from hiking signpost “Ludrová“ at the end of Ludrová, at which there is also a bus stop called “Ludrová,,otočka“.

– Passing in the vicinity of the cross is a red-marked hiking trail running from Ludrová, through Salatín, to Liptovská Lúžna.
