The chapel is situated at the mouth of a small valley below rock Sivá Skala, between Komjatná and Studničná, in the cadastral territory of the town of Komjatná. It is located a few metres above the road by the water tower. It is located approximately 700 metres away from bus stop “Komjatná,Studničná“.
