The spring is situated below Čierny Kameň in the area of Kratiny, approximately 150 m away from a red-marked hiking trail. It surfaces from a muddy bed, on a meadow. You can get to the spring along a red-marked hiking trail from district Stredná Revúca. Leading directly to the spring is only an indistinct growth-covered path.
