The conduit is situated at the periphery of the wooded area above the town of Valaská Dubová, by a hiking shelter. Passing in the vicinity of the conduit is a forest road with a blue-marked hiking trail running from Valaská Dubová, through Stredná Poľana, to Ružomberok. It is located approximately 400 m away from the built-up area of the town.

– The conduit is not a spring, it merely directs the water of the creek which surfaces a few dozen metres farther uphill.
– The conduit consists of a wooden conduit supported with logs.
– In front of the conduit, there is a small wooden bridge for easier access to the water.
– There is a shelter with a sitting area situated by the conduit.
– Passing in the vicinity of the conduit is a frequently used hiking trail running from Valaská Dubová in the direction to Great Choč.
