The spring is situated in the wooded area below notch Vyšné Šiprúnske Sedlo, approximately 130 metres away from a hiking trail. The water surfaces in a spring area above the trail. The spring is located approximately 5.7 km away from the end of the settlement in Nižné Matejkovo. You can get to the spring along the red-marked hiking trail from Podsuchá, from which you need to make a turn to an unmarked trail.
