The spring is situated in Likavka, at the end of “S. Nemčeka” Street. It surfaces five metres above the road, behind the last house on the left side of the street.

– Passing near the spring is the educational trail of Čebrať – Skalky.
– The spring is situated in Šípska Fatra, which is a sub-part of the Great Fatra.
