The spring is situated in Ružomberok’s district Smrekovica, it surfaces 40 m above a hiking trail / sloping road, approximately 150 m away from hiking signpost “Močidlo, hotel Smrekovica“. You can get to the spring along the blue-marked hiking trail, from which you need to walk through a meadow to a solitary cabin.

Information:
– The water surfaces in a rocky bed on a meadow, among trees.
– The water is led out through a plastic pipe for easier access.
– The spring is lined with layered stones.
– There is a cabin situated a few metres above the spring.
– The spring is covered with growth and it is only used sporadically.
– There is nothing marking the access path to the spring from the trail, but it can be easily identified based on the watercourse flowing from the spring to the marked trail (road).
– Passing near the spring is a blue-marked hiking trail from Podsuchá to Močidlo, hotel Smrekovica.
– The spring is situated in the Great Fatra Mountain, in the protected zone of the Great Fatra National Park.
