The spring is situated at “Okružná” Street, by a creek at the periphery of the town of Švošov. It surfaces approximately 450 metres away from train stop “Švošov“, at which there is a hiking signpost. You can get to the spring along the yellow-marked hiking trail from the above-mentioned signpost.

– The water surfaces from an earthenware pipe located in a concrete wall at the bank of the creek.
– The spring itself is situated in a slope below a chapel, from where it is led in a pipe to the creek.
– There is a staircase for easier access to the spring.
– There is a sitting area by the spring.
– The spring is mainly used by local residents and tourists.
– The spring is situated in Šípska Fatra, which is a sub-part of the Great Fatra.
– Passing by the spring is a yellow-marked hiking trail from Švošov to Ľubochňa.
