Železné (Železnô) is situated in the Low Tatra mountains. This town is situated in the picturesque mountain landscape, approximately 29 km away from Ružomberok.

There is one tow with length of approximately 250 metres. If the snow conditions are favourable enough, the tow is usually in operation during the weekends. The slope is not steep, but rather shallow and suitable for beginners. The slope is divided in two sections, one for skiers and the other one for sledge riders.

The resort does not forget about the lovers of cross-country skiing and, if there is sufficient amount of natural snow, they also prepare a cross-country skiing track.

You will also find a snack shop, which sells tickets for the tow as well, and there is also a possibility of accommodation.
