The well is situated in a wooded area below notch Vráca, above the town of Lúčky. Passing by the well is a red-marked hiking trail to Great Choč from Lúčky. It is located approximately 4.1 km away from the built-up area of the town.

– The wooden well structure with a wooden shingle roof is installed in the bed of Žimerový creek.
– The water from the creek is collected into a wooden conduit under the well structure for easier access.
– The spring itself is located approximately 50 metres farther uphill.
– There is a makeshift wooden bridge built on the run-off stream.
– The well is used by passing-by hikers.
– Passing by the well is a red-marked hiking trail from Lúčky, through Great Choč, to Jasenová.
